Araw ng Kagitingan   The Day of Valor, officially known as Araw ng Kagitingan, is a national observance in the Philippines which commemorates the fall of Bataan to Japanese troops during World War II. It falls every April 9, although in 2009, its celebration was moved to April 6 to avoid it from coinciding with Maundy Thursday . It's the day where we celebrate the bravery of our heroes to protect our country from the opponent country's. Because of them, we are now living a normal life and even has our own freedom in our hands. So we must not all forget our heroes who saved us and protected us.

It is the time for us to remember him and worship him. It is a time we set aside each year to remember the love of God that is poured out through Christ Jesus on the cross in His death; and His defeat of death, sin and Satan in Christ's death and resurrection that brings Eternal Life to you.
